Returns and Cancellations

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Returns must be sent back in new, unused condition. Group Buy items are not eligible for return unless there are obvious defects in manufacturing or the item(s) does not meat the quality threshold of the manufacturer.

We do accept cancellations, but user-initiated cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. You will not be charged a fee if a Group-Buy item fails to meet MOQ.

For any items that are sent back to us as "Return to Sender", we will refund the item(s) minus a 5% cancellation fee; however, shipping charges are not refunded and any additional shipping charges for the returned item will also be taken from the total reimbursement amount.
